Your notebook follows you across phone, tablet and desktop. Changes appear everywhere within seconds.
What about exporting?
Export any note or the whole notebook as plain text, Markdown or PDF at any time. Your words stay yours.
About Inkwell
A notes app should be as quick as a paper notebook and as searchable as a database. Everything else is optional. We keep the editor plain and fast, store notes as text you could open anywhere, and encrypt them before they ever leave your device. Tags and pins replace folder trees, search does the organising, and export is always one tap away because your writing should never be locked into a format.
What you get
Write instantly
A distraction-free editor with headings, checklists and links when you need them and nothing else when you do not.
Search that finds
Filter by tag, date or notebook, or simply type a word you remember. Old notes surface in milliseconds.
Private by design
Notes are encrypted on your device before syncing. Nobody, including us, can read what you write.
Seamless sync
Changes sync across devices within seconds, and conflicts are merged line by line so nothing gets lost.
